Prosity – 14th-century Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

The Prosity 14th-century church, under the invocation of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is a neo-Gothic, orientated, brick building set on a raised stone foundation. The aisleless church features a chancel to the north and a tower to the west.

The square tower is separated into four storeys by brick friezes laid in angles (they also decorate the body walls) and cornices. On the second storey are small brick recesses with pointed arches, which also adorn the sections above the window.
