This largest railway bridge in Poland, now disused, is over 180 metres long and 36 metres high above ground level.
The bridge has been entered into the register of monuments.
The reinforced concrete structure, consisting of five spans – all 15 metres long – rerouted rail traffic over the deep and wide valley of the Błędzianka River.
The first, northern bridge was built between 1912 and 1914, and the second, southern bridge – between 1923 and 1926. As in Kiepojcie, the track was laid only on the northern bridge, with the first train riding across on 1 October 1927. There were three daily trains on the line. Later on, a fourth weekend-and-holidays service was commissioned to transport tourists, mushroom-pickers and fishermen to the Błędzianka River area.
