Ełk – 19th-century water tower

The Ełk water tower was built in 1895. The building has five storeys, with the first, second and fifth storeys plastered.

The second, third, fourth and fifth storeys are separated by cordon arcade cornicing. The first and second storeys are octagonal in plan, each with bossages and doors set in a massive fault portal. The tower is covered with a domed roof with dormers and a lantern.
