A traditional, solid piece of the the film genre combining elements of crime and drama.

The Warmia-Mazury Film Fund’s Inspection Committee commended the filmmakers for executing a white-knuckle, expertly-cast crime story (Andrzej Grabowski, Eryk Lubos, Rafał Królikowski, Aleksandra Popławska, Mirosław Haniszewski, Nikodem Rozbicki, Maciej Musiałowski, Katarzyna Dąbrowska, Pola Błasik, Ada Fijał, and three Olsztyn-based actors: Joanna Fertacz, Artur Steranko and Jarosław Borodziuk), with interesting plot twists and a focus on universal themes and values, such as friendship and discovering fatherhood. The film was also shot in region-promoting locations that showcase the beauty of Warmia and Mazury.

The crew spent 14 out of the 20 days of shooting in the Warmia-Mazury region, including Morąg, Świerkocin, Olsztynek and Olsztyn.

Similar to Tarantino’s films, the movie uses previously existing musical works to heighten the mood and rouse emotions. The songs used include the lyrical piece “Sofia” by Łukasz Korybalski.

Produced by TFP Sp. z o.o. Co-produced by the Warmia-Mazury Film Fund.

The feature film by Maciej Dutkiewicz, based on a screenplay by himself and Arkadiusz Borowik, will air on several POLSAT TV channels this autumn. POLSAT’s Member of the Board and Programming Director, Nina Terentiew, also noted that the film will be screened in Olsztyn at a special viewing attended by the filmmakers.
