This debut documentary film was written and directed by Joanna Warecha, a journalist and TV reporter.
The film PGR – OBRAZY (Images from the State-Owned Farms) tells the story of people living in the communist-era “State Agricultural Farms“ of the Warmia and Mazury Province during the political transformation of the late 1980s and early 1990s. The production was filmed in Warmia and Mazury. The film was produced by KAMEROVID Sp. z o.o. and co-produced by Telewizja Polska S.A. The artistic supervision was provided by Prof. Andrzej Sapija – director of documentary films, deputy dean of the Faculty of Film and Television Directing of the Film School in Łódź.
