Lwowiec – stork village with a Gothic church

Storks have taken a liking to the small village of Lwowiec.

Their favourite spot are the gables of the Gothic church building, constructed between 1372-1374. The neo-Gothic gables and the roofing date from 1860. Within is a preserved late-Gothic triptych made around 1500 and a mannerist, strapwork-ornamented pulpit constructed in 1608-1609. The choir stalls date from the 15th century, the wooden epitaph – from 1609.
